Using our shopping cart system is the fastest and easiest way to order. Simply click the "place an order" button next to an item, and it will be added to your cart. When you want to check out, just click the "see your cart" button, and you'll be prompted to enter the right information. This method gets your order processed the fastest way, as it gives us all the information we need, in the best manner.

We accept email orders only if you are not able to order through the site for some reason. Just email us at sebastien@cdandlp.com . Make sure that you include all relevant information about the records, your name and address, preferred postage option, method of payment, etc.

When you order for the first time on 59776, you must register your details. When you register you get a login and password. This will allow you to order easily each time you visit the site

Shipping Conditions
When processing your order we use your registration address as default. If you need to make a change, please specify a full and correct billing and shipping address. Your billing address can be different to your shipping address. Records are shipped in a strong package. Postage and packing are charged at actual cost.

The payment form has a secure system (SSL) that will keep all of your information secure when shopping on our site.

Terms of ordering
We hold records 10 days after your order (20 overseas). Shipping is made as soon as we receive your payment. We recommend that you pay by credit card in order to receive your records more quickly.

Grading
All records are graded carefully. If there is a visible defect on the vinyl, I will always listen to this part of the record. If however you have a problem with any record you buy from this site, don't hesitate to contact us.
